Lincoln McCoy Founder & CEO
Welcome in and take a seat.
Unless you're already sitting... then maybe stand up? Either way—hi, I'm Lincoln McCoy.
I'm a Creative Producer and Director who helps brands turn ambitious ideas into compelling visual stories. Whether it's a commercial campaign, social media content, product photography, website assets, or a full-scale brand launch, I love creating work that captures attention and actually moves people to act.

From concept development and storyboarding to budgeting, directing, and post-production, I enjoy every step of the creative process. I believe the best productions happen when creativity meets strategy, and there's no challenge that can't be solved with enough collaboration, planning, and a little creative problem-solving.

Building brands through storytelling

Most recently, I served as the Marketing Director for a company that designs and builds modular adventure and commercial vans.
I led the company's marketing strategy from the ground up—developing campaigns, shaping the brand, and producing content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the web. My role combined high-level strategy with hands-on production, overseeing everything from brand positioning and campaign planning to directing shoots and editing content.
That experience taught me how every piece of content fits into the bigger picture. Great videos don't just look good—they help businesses grow.
Producing for one of America's biggest outdoor brands
Before that, I spent two years as a Producer for Bass Pro Shops, creating photo and video content for one of the world's largest outdoor retailers.
As one of only two producers responsible for the brand's visual content, I led productions ranging from lifestyle adventures and apparel catalogs to fishing and hunting campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns.

I've directed crews on lakes before sunrise, built storyboards, written scripts, managed budgets of every size, and found creative solutions when productions inevitably threw curveballs.
One of the highlights was having the opportunity to co-produce content for a Super Bowl commercial.
Learning from live television
Earlier in my career, I found myself in the fast-paced world of live sports broadcasting.
I began as a Logistics Coordinator before moving into production management, coordinating national broadcasts for ESPN, CBS, and the Big 12. Along the way I had opportunities to produce the NBC Paralympics Friends & Family broadcast, site-manage Phillies Spring Training, and technical-manage the Dan Le Batard 24-hour telethon.
Eventually, I became a Product Manager, partnering with organizations like ESPN, CBS, and Omaha Productions to develop production concepts, build budgets, and bring large-scale productions to life.
Those years taught me how to lead under pressure, solve problems quickly, and execute projects where there are no second takes.

Where it all started
Long before any of that, my creative journey began with comedy improv.
Back in high school, I fell in love with making people laugh and continued performing through 2018. Improv taught me how to think on my feet, tell better stories, and connect with an audience.
Eventually, that turned into grabbing a camera, recruiting my friends, and producing comedy sketches and satirical TV shows for local broadcasting.
Were they good?
Absolutely not.

But they taught me something far more valuable than perfection—they made me fall in love with creating.
Looking back, those terrible videos were the beginning of everything.

Outside of Production
When I'm not on set, you'll probably find me trying to make my wife laugh (she's still my toughest audience), picking up another creative hobby, or convincing myself I don't need to start another project.
Spoiler alert: I always do.

Whether it's painting, whittling, podcasting, or noodling around on a guitar or banjo, I've always loved making things. Creativity doesn't really turn off when the workday ends.
Let's create something worth remembering.

Every brand has a story worth telling. My job is helping you tell it in a way that people actually remember.
If you're looking for someone who can take an idea from a conversation to a finished campaign and make the process enjoyable along the way I'd love to connect
